I'm all about relationships. With you, with my destination partners, with the front desk agents at my favorite hotels. That means that the more we work together the more personalized the experience becomes.  

We start with a complimentary consultation to talk about some initial ideas. If you decide to hire me I'll start designing the full day to day itinerary.  Based on your feedback I'll polish and refine the details until it fits you perfectly.

To gain access to my connections, advice, recommendations, representation  and one-on-one planning process I charge a professional fee for my services. Fees vary depending on your needs, and start at $125. You will be provided with a custom quote and invoice after your initial consultation. 

Every trip is designed from scratch based on your personal preferences and needs. Because of this, costs vary greatly, but the average starting price of a curated vacation is $500 per person per day. This normally includes 4* boutique or resort accommodations, personalized activities, standard domestic air, all transportation and transfers once you reach your destination, entrance fees, some meals, and 24 hour support while traveling. Pricing does not include international long haul flights or insurance. 

Things happen, and I'm here to help you with all the options. Supplier policies vary, and I'll clearly explain these based on your trip and offer you ways to protect your investment.

After your trip is booked, most of our information will be exchanged through emails. If you have something to chat about, I will ask you to make an appointment (when possible) so I can give you my undivided attention. You're also welcome to text and if we need to schedule a call I'll send you the link to my calendar. While traveling, you will have 24 hour support so help is only a phone call away should a need arise. 

 Of course!  After you’ve looked everything over, we can talk through any changes that you would like to make. This is your trip, and it's as unique as you are, so I want to make sure we get it right. Some changes may have associated fees from the supplier. 

• For your security, you will authorize your payments through a secure web form. 
• If you would like to make partial payments before your final payment is due, you can shoot me a text or email and I will send you a payment authorization. I process payments on the 1st and the 15th, and request that they be a minimum of $500. 

 It depends on the supplier, but 10-30 days pre travel is the norm. 

Your trip details and all the important documents will be conveniently stored in my travel app, accessible to you at all times on your smartphone or online.
